Kudos! This is an election year, let's ask these questions (posed by previous blogger) to the candidates and see what they say. We realize a downtown does not get populated in a day, but there needs to be a plan, something visible that let's people know something is happening. "Burgeoning" denotes something that is happening and mostly likely soon--let's burgeon already! Great idea to have a blog! Kudos!
